• When you click on "Submit Form" an e-mail will be sent to the GTC Training Department with the information you have entered. A copy will also be sent to the "Contact e-mail" address.
• A separate form must be used for each course and each course section

• For Greater Toronto Council camping facilities, first contact camping department, 416-490-6364 ext 233 for availability, and fill in the "Request for Camping Facilities Form"
